I am a Mother, Coach, Business Leader, Consultant, Cancer Survivor, Goal Getter
Nice to Meet You!
Ask anyone who knows me well. They’d all describe me the same way: Someone who can read a room and who trusts their gut. Someone who thrives on success and helping others achieve it. Someone who has experienced self-doubt but has learned to embrace empowerment.
Those attributes are what have helped me thrive in my career and in my personal life.
And that’s why I work with businesses and individuals to identify their gaps and lead them to find exactly what they’re looking for.
While the types of people I offer services to are different, my mission is the same for everyone: To hold a belief in others as I help guide them to believing in themselves or their businesses.
Although I’ve thrived in my career, things haven’t always been easy for me. I was always an anxious person who lacked confidence in myself and my appearance. But you never would’ve known it. I grew up with a suck-it-up mentality and always put a strong face on.
As a young girl and teen, I was obese. And growing up as the fat girl wasn’t easy. In my early 20s, I decided I was sick of how I felt about my body and I lost about 160 pounds. Although I felt better physically, I still felt terrible mentally. When I looked in the mirror, I still saw that fat girl. And that mentality continued for years.
After decades of showing up strong on the outside and doubting myself on the inside, I was diagnosed with cancer at age 36.
Battling cancer was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but it forced me to finally begin a journey of healing—not only physically, but mentally. I did it for my son. I did it for my marriage. And most importantly, I did it for myself. Ever since my diagnosis, I’ve worked to be as confident as I’ve always tried to appear.
I’ve always been an intuitive person who thrives at providing an outsider’s perspective and seeing things others don’t.
For more than 15 years, I’ve helped businesses improve their hiring practices, reduce turnover, and increase employee engagement. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, helped turn businesses around, and helped build strong brand names. I’ve even helped create sales and prospecting plans that generated millions of dollars in revenue.
But I don’t want to list off my resume to you. What I want you to understand from my experience is that I love helping people achieve success. And I thrive in helping people and businesses identify pain points and build solutions that work.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I’ve worked with enough business leaders and their employees to know that every situation, every business, and every employee is unique.
