Life can be unpredictable, overwhelming and even lonely at times. I know, I have been there myself and designed this platform for those reasons and so many more!
A personal note...
Forty-eight years...that's how many years I've had the gift of this lifetime. And, let me say this, it has not been all rainbows and sunshine. This life has brought me through some of the best days and some of the darkest.

One of the things I needed most at times was a "wing-man." You know that special person to lift you up. That person that will listen and truly "get you!" That person to simply be the nudge on those more grey days.
​
It was one of the things I was lacking most when I needed it. And, some of the things I hear all too often from clients.
​
This texting platform was built out of my own sheer passion for hearing, empowering and understanding people!

EVERY single person deserves to have someone in their life that "gets them!

I've had more than enough times in my own life when I walked away from conversations feeling completely misunderstood and unheard. It's my mission to close that for as many people as I can in my lifetime.

Text your Coach
Truth be told, years before I hired my first coach, the last thing I wanted was to share my personal life with anyone. Even after I finally did hire my first coach, well over fifteen years ago, there were still times I didn't want or need a long sit-down session. I wanted mini-moments of help, support, and clarity. And, at times, I needed longer more detailed conversations.

See, we all have different needs and comfort levels when it comes to having support.

That's why I created the Text Your Coach platform: to give you coaching and support at the level you need, when you need it.

My mission is simple: to help you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. And, to help you as you find your light again!

This platform helps you have the support you need in a more affordable way than some traditional coaching methods (although, I'm always here for that too.)
