I’m Jen: author, wife, mother, coach, consultant, nature lover, and most of all, a believer in people. Over my forty-eight years, I’ve experienced both incredible joys and storms that left me unsure if I’d ever make it through. Maybe you’ve felt the same in your own story.

About nine years ago, I made a decision: to share my knowledge and life experience by writing and creating tools that could help others navigate their storms. On the other side of each and every storm in life that I've had, and there have been SO many, my level of grit, strength, and resilience grew stronger than I ever thought possible. And while life still brings challenges, they are easier to navigate than ever before, and I want the same for you.

My passion is to walk alongside others with encouragement, belief, and practical support. On the authorship side of things, shows up in two ways:

Created - fiction series: This series dives into real life ups, downs, and struggles like relationships, parenthood, career, anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, and suicidal ideation. Some enjoy them purely as entertainment, while others discover the intended insights and encouragement tucked inside the pages.

Workbooks: Practical empowered journaling to both identifying your habits and reflect on what actions you want to take to empower yourself in any area of life.

Faith, a loving wife, mother, and successful corporate executive, has found herself at the edge of life’s heaviness, ready to end it all.

During Faith’s journey on that fateful day, she meets a handsome stranger who pays attention to her in ways that she hasn’t felt in years and offers new perspectives on life, creating inner conflict about her choice.

Faith is a woman who, by most outsiders, would appear to have it all. Yet, after decades of feeling unheard, unseen, and misunderstood, she is ready to end her life. Fearfully Brave - Children's Book
Join Bart the Brave Bear and Felix the Fearful Fox on their picnic adventure to Feelings Falls. Bart and Felix travel through Inspiration Woods, where they encounter moments that make Felix fearful. Bart demonstrates his bravery and helps him understand that he had courage all along. Felix gets a chance to show Bart how brave he can be when storms spark fear in him. Together, the two friends learn great lessons in bravery and fear and how both can be helpful emotions.
