Get yourself and your business out of a rut

Has your small business plateaued? Are you unsure of what to do next? Do you feel like starting a business was a mistake?

Running a small or solo business is hard. You have a passion, but you have a lot of responsibilities, too. You’re struggling to grow your business—or maybe even falling backward. You have self-doubts and are questioning your leap into entrepreneurship.

I know balancing your business with your personal life can be hard. I know, because I’ve been there. And sometimes your personal life and your professional life start impacting each other. That’s why I offer a hybrid program option that balances my individual mentorship program with small business consulting services.

We’ll work together not only to address gaps in your business, but to work through any of your own negative self-beliefs. My goal is to get you confident in your business and confident in yourself.

What to expect

I work with mid-sized businesses and individuals to identify gaps, build confidence, and build solutions that work. That’s why I offer a business consulting program for solopreneurs and small business owners that incorporates the knowledge and services I use for both my individual clients and my business clients.

When you work with me, I’ll do a deep dive assessment into your business. Well also work on your mindset through guided visualization. In addition, some of the services I offer during my to my small business clients include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions, plus support as needed

  • Business roadmaps

  • SWOT analysis

  • Customer acquisitions and your ideal client

  • Sales and marketing plans

  • A full report and recommendations

My Approach

As a small business owner, you know your personal life and your professional life can blend together so much that they feel like they’re one and the same. I know the challenges you’re facing are different from larger business owners or individuals who work for someone else.

And that’s why I offer this specific service to people like you.

You’ll probably hear me say over and over that I don’t take a cookie-cutter approach to my coaching services. I aim to understand where you’re at in your business and where you’re at in your personal life so we can get clear on where they should and shouldn’t be overlapping.

I want to see you for who you are, not just what your business is. Even though we’re going to work on moving your business forward, we’re going to make sure we’re moving you forward personally, too.
