Nearly 60% of Employees haven't shared their Mental Health status with anyone.  Additionally, in a recent survey by MindShare partners, 84% of employees reported at least one thing from their employment situation that negatively impacted their mental health.  

Anxiety, depression, and other mental/emotional health issues are growing.  It's our responsibility to take care of the people who take care of our customers.
